Keep up to date with all the news happening in school at the moment.
Today saw an exciting new event for our Diocese. Eight children (two from each of the KS 2 classes) have been chosen as Chaplaincy Leaders for our school. They went along to a special service in Clifton cathedral, along with about five hundred children from Primary & Secondary Schools across the Diocese. Bishop Declan presented each member with a badge to wear with pride in their schools. Certificates were also produced, which we will be giving out in an Assembly in the new year.
Look out for the Chaplaincy Team updates in the future!

Today the girls football team battled extremely hard for a 3rd place position in the Bridgwater and District Area Finals. They played against three of the best school teams in the area and only narrowly missed out on a place in the prestigious County finals. Well done girls, you played some outstanding football and the school is very proud of you.
A team of 9 girls and 9 boys from St Joseph's School produced an excellent display of athleticism today as they finished in 3rd place in the local Bridgwater and District Sports Hall Athletics competition. The team of 18 children were actually victorious, winning the field events but unfortunately losing out against two larger school in the track races. Many of the team were a year under age which means they will be able to compete in next years competition. A huge well done to all concerned - The school and Mr Fisher are very proud of you!
