INFANT AND JUNIOR GYMNASTICS TEAMS PERFORM BRILLIANTLY AT COUNTY FINALS
Today a team of children from Year 2 and Year 5 travelled all the way to Yeovil to represent the school and Sedgemoor area in the 'County Gymnastics Finals'.
Working as a team of six, each child had to complete a movement based routine as well as a series of vaults. They were scored by a panel of judges and the points were accumulated to give an overall team total. Both our teams were just amazing and rose to the occasion! Although we did not finish in the top three positions, it was clear to see that there was not much between performances in both the age group competitions. ALL of the children should be very proud of their efforts ..........you were a pleasure to watch.
