• Sports Hall Athletics Team Take Bronze!

  A magnificent team effort from 21 of our Year 5 and 6 children saw us finish third in this years Sports Hall Athletics Area Finals. The 21 St Joseph's children ran, threw and jumped their way to a podium position against 8 other small schools from across the region.  The school will now represent the Sedgemoor Area in the County Finals which are due to be held at Richard Huish College in January. A huge well done to everyone who participated and displayed such a positive and spirited attitude throughout the competition.   

  

• 'Lest We Forget'

  Today the children participated in a whole school assembly and 2 minute silence to mark 'Remembrance Day'. We listened to some lovely poems written by the older children in the school.

  

• Theatre Fun!

  Today the children were treated to a live theatre performance of 'Jack and the Beanstalk'. The children had great fun listening to the story, watching the dances and joining in with the songs. It was a lovely way to start the week!
