• Year 4 Futsal Team Finish Runners Up In Sedgemoor Area Tournament

  A brilliant display of football yesterday afternoon saw our Year 4 Futsal team finish runners up in a local area competition. The team lost just the one game in the whole tournament, winning everything else and narrowly missing out on overall victory due to goal difference. It was great to see such passion, energy and determination throughout the games and I'm sure that many of these players will be wearing the St Joseph's orange kits in future opportunities. Well done boys!  

  

• Year 2 Gymnastics Team Finish 3rd In Sedgemoor Area Competition!

  A huge well done to the Year 2 Gymnastics team who represented the school today in the Sedgemoor Area Finals. The mixed team of girls and boys finished a fantastic 3rd place in an extremely close fought competition; just 0.3 points separated the top three teams! For all these children it was their first experience of competitive sport against other schools. To perform and be judged on a routine you have been taught is not easy at all but this team did not disappoint and were just brilliant in their execution! Well done all of you - YOU WERE AMAZING!!
