• Spirited Effort From The Boys Football Team

  On Thursday the Boys Football team travelled to Bridgwater to play their first league games of the season against Somerset Bridge and Eastover. Both of these schools have in excess of 400 pupils (twice the size of ours) and consistently finish near the top or win the large school leagues; the games were always going to be tough! The Boys were brilliant and despite loosing both matches, they were competitive for large parts of each game. If early chances had hit the back of the net then maybe the final results could have been different. There was great team spirit and determination throughout which bodes well for future matches after Half Term. Well done boys.

  A reminder that the Book Fair is arriving next Tuesday 12^th October!

  Please see below for the opening dates and times:

  Tuesday 12^th October- 3.15-3.40pm

   

  Wednesday 13^th October- 8.30-8.55am 3.15-3.40pm

   

  Thursday 14^th October- 8.30-8.55am 3.15-3.40pm

   

  Friday 15^th October- 8.30-8.55am 3.15-3.40pm

   

  Monday 18^th October - 8.30-8.55am 3.15-3.40pm

   

  The Book Fair will be located outside of the Year 2 Classroom opposite the entrance gates.

  Please note that the Book Fair will be cash only.
